2011 Final Roll

Pursuant to recently enacted New York State legislation the attached link will connect to a pdf copy of the City of Buffalo’s 2011 Final Assessment Roll issued on March 1, 2011.  The values on this roll, along with appropriate exemptions will determine a property owner’s tax liability for Buffalo’s 2011-2012 City/School tax and sewer rent charges mailed 7/1/11 and the 2012 Erie County tax year.


Corrections to the final roll, due to Small Claims Assessment Review, Judicial settlements and other reasons, only appear on the original hard copy of the final assessment roll available for review in the Department of Assessment and Taxation, 101 City Hall, 65 Niagara Square, Buffalo, New York 14202, during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., except weekends and holidays.
